We had 12 cars for the grid in Race 1, on a bright and sunny day.
Most of us took scrutiny on Friday evening, with qualifying and the 2 races spread nicely over the Saturday.
John Benson in his Crossle took the honours in Race 1 by 20 seconds over Jackie’s Tiger, in Race 2 that was reversed in a very tight and hard fought race for Jackie to take the win by 0.88 seconds!
The organisation was spot on, and the unlucky few were Bernard’s MGB GT V8 which DNS in Race 2 due to an oil pressure issue, and Ken who had brought his Nerus Silhouette which lost some of its compression.
